The Story Behind the Medicine
Dr. Lynch’s path into medicine was shaped by her own early health challenges, including sports injuries, skin concerns, gut issues, and anxiety. After being dismissed by multiple healthcare providers, undergoing inconclusive lab workups, and being prescribed harsh medications, she began exploring natural approaches to healing on her own. Through this journey, she discovered naturopathic medicine, which supported her physical, mental, and spiritual health. Her experience with herbal medicine, targeted nutrients, and energetic therapies ultimately helped restore balance and renewed her confidence.
Her background working as an EMT and within hospital systems revealed significant gaps in conventional medicine, particularly in addressing nutrition, stress, mental-emotional health, and environmental exposures. She observed that many treatments focused on symptom suppression rather than resolution, often leading to recurring issues. As a Naturopathic Medical Doctor, Dr. Lynch is committed to identifying the root cause of disease and preventing symptoms from returning. She remains deeply connected to her community by sharing knowledge and resources to empower individuals in their health journey, while also collaborating with global leaders in advanced regenerative and stem cell research.
